The Values : Family - Culture - Quality - Community - Fun I’ve always had a passion for cooking. I vividly remember the joy on people’s faces as my mother served them arroz con pollo y nopalitos. I’d also watch in awe as my grandfather prepared barbacoa en el pozo (beef head cooked underground), with the anticipation building as we waited overnight for the Sunday morning tacos. Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to learn from countless relatives and friends who have shown me that true poetry can be created in the kitchen . After 21 years as a 5th-grade teacher in the Twin Cities, I am now following my dream of starting a home micro-bakery. This new journey is fueled by my desire to share the flavors, traditions, and stories that have shaped me. Every dish I create is a reflection of my heritage, a blend of love, culture, and creativity. I hope that my food brings people together, creating memorable moments and experiences that leave a lasting impression.
